I was coming from Delhi and late to reach the hotel . Althrough Mr. Ashis fron desk officer guided me to the hotel The room was large and comfortable . Apart from the stay Mrv. Asish helped to book ticket for Sonproyag next morning ,arranged oxygen bottle . Whatever I need to move for further journey he helped me . They are quite helpful to the foreigner like me to the exteno give change of dollar in the off hour . Thanks La Casa for everything.

A best experience with LA CASA ... best thing it was their hygienicity which i saw everywhere in the room, toilet... Staff was also good and helpful. Food was also good ...we ordered dinner and breakfast which was worth it...it was very near to Har ki paudi which was about 1 km

Excellent hospitality. Clean room/bathroom. Location-wise it is also good, at least I liked it because it is not very near to crowded area. Also not very distant. Good food quality. Very well-behaved staff. I would recommend to my near & dear ones visiting Haridwar.

The rooms were clean and the service was good! The behaviour of the staffs and people in the reception were polite. But the location of the hotel is not so good in my opinion. Anyways, you can book this budget friendly hotel for clean rooms and delicious foods.

Staying to La Casa was very comfortable as I was solo traveler. They haive a local guiding map for all visiting places which I was explore in holy city Haridwar. Also their service was prompt and perfect. Room was clean and hygienic. This was my second stay. Enjoy every day in La Casa. Thanks Ashish (the manager) for his cooperation for early check-in without extra charge.

Everything is messed up in super deluxe room. Whole bed is smelly even after they changed the blanket cover and what they changed I am uploading the pictures below. Tripadvisor you awarded this hotel not sure how and why?? did your inspections team visited or stayed in this hotel ????

cleaning is very good,hotel staff is very soft, good location near haridwar railway station, overall best stay in haridwar in this budget.Room service is also good washroom neat and clean,i check in 2 hours early but staff is fully corporate.

Hotel service was one hundred percent perfect. Would love to stay there again . The brkfast and the bed was super comfortable and easy to get . In short we did a hassle free stay just because of them Very genuine staff and hospitable too
